What to Expect When We Open
- Arrive 5 minutes early for your first visit — brief intake check-in
- Tell your therapist your focus areas and pressure preference
- Sessions run the full booked time
- For Hot Stone sessions: tell your therapist immediately if any stone feels too warm
- Drink water after your massage — your body will thank you
