Before You Arrive
- Book online or walk in — real-time availability at booking. Walk-ins genuinely welcome.
- Eat lightly — a heavy meal right before massage is uncomfortable. Light is fine.
- Hydrate — especially for heat therapy sessions. Well-hydrated muscles respond better.
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early on your first visit for a brief intake.
- Thai Futon only: wear loose, comfortable clothing. All other services: undress to your comfort level.
At Check-In
Your therapist will ask a few quick questions: areas of focus, health conditions or injuries, pressure preference. Be honest about pain, recent injuries, and medications. This is how we make the session actually work for you, not just feel pleasant.
During Your Session
- You’ll be draped at all times — only the area being worked is exposed.
- Tell your therapist if pressure is too much or not enough. This is your session.
- Hot Stone sessions: the stones will feel warm immediately. If any stone feels too hot, say so. Your feedback controls the experience.
- It’s fine to be quiet, to fall asleep, or to talk. No social obligation.
After Your Session
- Drink water — massage mobilizes metabolic waste from muscle tissue. Hydration helps clear it.
- Rise slowly — blood pressure drops during massage. Take a moment before standing.
- Some soreness is normal — especially after deeper work or your first session. Resolves within 24–48 hours. Heat helps.
- Note what worked — tell your therapist at your next session what felt best.
